Troubleshooting:
1.) If you are having trouble updating or are receiving an error, you can try getting the latest version here. 2.) Make sure the site you are trying to access is online. -- Be sure to stop the Media Server in PlayOn Settings before trying any of the following -- 3.) If you are getting an error when loading the script, try deleting libVideoSites.llf. This allows it to be re-downloaded if it got corrupted during update. WinXP - C:/Program Files/MediaMall/plugins/Scripts/ Win7 - C:/Program Files (x86)/MediaMall/plugins/Scripts/ 4.) If you are having problems with content in the script, try clearing your cache. I am not sure why there's ever a problem, but this fixes issues that can occur after update. Waiting 1 hour might do it too. WinXP - C:/Program Files/MediaMall/plugins/Cache/ Win7 - C:/Program Files (x86)/MediaMall/plugins/Cache/ 5.) You can also try clearing your Application Data which contains your logs and MyMedia database. It has solved issues for me before, but it also clears the locations you set for MyMedia.
