Yeah, sorry folks... it's the Navi-Xtreme server. We moved hosts a little while ago and we are still settling in. I guess the person hosting our site flipped permissions on us through some DNS or AD work and now they have to re-enable services and reboot the server. Check out twitter.com/navi_x for updates on when we come back online. We normally have a great track record of uptime by the way but when you want to access the funnel of media that is Navi-X, you feel the pinch everytime. I promise we are trying to get backup servers in place as we speak.

Thanks for the official update. The work you all do is incredible. I for one greatly appreciate it and Navi-x is just the most incredible source ever.

Made progress with the script over the last couple days. PlayOn Navi-X now recognizes and plays several Navi-X file types through stage processing. Unfortunately, the Navi-Xtreme media site is down this morning so I'm not sure if I'll be working on it today.

tmiranda from SageTV forums just put out his modified version of Navi-X for SageTV. It's very Alpha stages right now but apparently it does the grunt work. Anyone with SageTV, check it out and let me know your thoughts. Awaiting sptuck's work for Playon now.

sptuck... I'm not sure if this is of any value, but I noticed that with the PMS, going a few folders deep on my PS3 viewing the Navi-X "Channel" produced empty folders or nothing would show at all.
I think that ps3 will only allow you to go 7 levels deep.

I think that ps3 will only allow you to go 7 levels deep.
Getting through this level restriction is one thing that hindered using Navi-X on PSM. A lot of the content went more than 7 levels deep. Hopefully there are workarounds for the Play On Script.

The 7 levels deep function is actually artificially imposed!
SharkHunter could change this if he wanted to, but has decided 7 levels is just too deep. I disagreed with him on this but let him have his way since it's his work and he will be supporting it.
Just an FYI...

Worked on the script a little more tonight. Implemented more video, music and picture formats. Now supports over 16 formats as well as playDirect. Still working on RTMP processors (gonna take a while). My kids just watched Avatar on Navi-X with PlayOn!

I accept. Just let me know what you need me to do. I will be testing on my PS3, Wd live and iPad.
If you agree I will test PS3 (wifi) and WD Live (wired) iPad and dafly can test ps3 wired and xb360
