I tried rebooting everything deleted the file from scripts folder and registry then installed newly downloaded fresh copy, still nothing. It did work last night though

Just tried reinstalling playon once again nothing that's really strange its working error free on my machine let me take a peak and see if i come up with anything okay?

i noticed that m2k was down (the website) but it is back up today. i havent been able to retest but if you can restart the playon server and let me know, that would be great.
fyi - it worked for me this morning.

it has not really worked for me in the last 24 hours - but during that time, i could only access it in the browser barely - and eventually see connection errors.
i just tried it before typing this and the script did load the folders (after restarting playon - because they dont refresh after failing once)- and then i was able to see movies...
therefore i cant make changes to the script because it seems like it would work if the website works more consistently (i.e. no connectivity issues). they really havent been very stable at all in the last 2 months which has made this script tough to use.. but i may still release my new project this weekend anyways (brand new multisite script which would include m2k, although m2k is not really functional).

yep m2k did go down last night, but it is back up this morning. It is doing its 'unreliable website' thing again but it should work now.
as for my other project, I did start it up on playonplugins.

I havent fully posted it here yet though because I am not sure how to make it available. It is a zip that contains several scripts (one of which is the m2k script). Based on feedback it is working out so far, but I am still working on figuring out the best way to post it here (and also intend on updating a couple minor issues that the testers have found). if you are interested in going that route, send me an email. It will most likely be later tonight before i can reply though.

The search movies option is not working in m2k script. For example, I search the tittle 'ice age 3'. To search, I select 'i' then back then 'c' then back then 'e' then back then 'spacebar' and so on till '3' then back and click 'confirm entry' but it comes up with nothing. When I go through A-Z, I see the tittle 'Ice age 3. What I am doing wrong? Also movshare links shows nothing for every movie that I have checked. For example, I select same tittle 'Ice age 3", movshare comes up with no link. When I check this through movie2k.to website, it is working.
I bought this script yesterday. Both m2k as well as clean version has same problem.

newbull - it appears that the search code will need to be reviewed as i also see the empty folder here when searching "ice". I'll post back when that is fixed.
azrael99 - you might want to restart playon and retest. it is currently working for me; so i'm thinking it may be connectivity issues rather than an issue with the script.

What about "MOVSHARE" movie links not working for all(so far that I have checked about 20 movies) movies.

everytime I open a link to view a movie, it just goes back showing the link again. Why is it doing this? I had no problems until the site went down and last update.

i am going to post the latest version of this script on playonscripts today for manual download. it will auto update for everyone else later this evening.
dmbarr- what device are you using to browse these movies?
cjkjsjjj - no you do not need to update to the 5starflicks. that is a separate package of scripts which includes this site but is not the upgrade you are seeing. it sounds like you might have an incompatible file somewhere. try downloading the library files along with my updated version (being posted in a second). then restart the playon server.
