More & more shows are falling to the "Captcha", would be cool if we could enter the Captcha through Playon, or some other workaround.

It seems the newest update has killed this script for me. It also killed TVlinks so perhaps it has something to do with megavideo? Anyway, I submitted a ticket to playon but they have referred me to the script dev for a solution. Rolling back to previous version of playon doesn't fix anything either. Any ideas? I would REALLY appreciate any help as this script is the main reason we use playon.

I am also having this problem - with both Ice and TVLinks...when I choose megavideo, and I am a paid user of megavideo, it either doesn't load - or if it does load, then it immediately stops as soon as it starts up...Ice and TVLinks are about the only two Playon scripts that I use and this is very perplexing to me. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to offer.

Intermittent problem? or fixed? I don't know which...but as of last night, I was able to get megavideo via Tvlinks and Ice Films again.

Well, its happening again. Is it still 'broke' from ver 3.3.1 or is this a new problem? I'm on 3.3.6 now.

Jasapp, see the first post for ice films over on playonplugins.com for instructions on clearing the registry settings for the scripts.

I go to playonplugins.com - see nothing on first page about ice films
I go to: Choose Scripts Download
On page 3 - find Icefilms, scroll down to FIXING REGISTRY ENTRIES (which I ASSUME is the 'instructions on clearing the registry settings for the scripts)
1) Delete megavideo library.
1) Delete the file libMegaVideo Premium.llf from the scripts folder. Then restart Playon twice.
2) You can also download the updated version here http://www.playonscripts.com/?w=files&id=21
Just be sure to download to the desktop then Move it to the scripts folder. edit:
Be sure to rename the file by changing the underscore to a space.
****** CAN'T FIGURE OUT IF I AM SUPPOSED TO ALSO DO STEP 2 AS IT SAYS 'YOU CAN ALSO' but I attempt it and run into first major problem****
The file name should be "libMegaVideo Premium.llf"
******* FIRST MAJOR PROBLEM - http://www.playonscripts.com/?w=files&id=21 GIVES YOU A FILE NAMED playonscripts_com which I decided couldn't possibly be the replacement for libMegaVideo Premium.llf since all I was supposed to do in the 'rename' was to make the underscore a blank *********
3) Restart Playon twice.
2) Delete the Ice Films registry entry (This requires messing with Windows registry - Be careful what you delete)
1) Press "CTRL+R" and type "regedit" or use the Run command.
2) Navigate to
Win XP "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MediaMall\MediaMall\Plugins\Scripts"
Win 7. "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\MediaMall\MediaMall\Plugins\Scripts"
3) Delete the folder "ice_films.lua"
4) Restart Playon
5) reenter you login info in Playon settings (under plugin tab).
6) Restart Playon
I go back to my tv and to Playon. When I choose Ice Films under Playon, I have two messages...**script updated ...... AND **select ?? to install a required library file. A restarting may be required. So, I clicked on both and then went back to my PC and stopped and restarted PLAYON.
Then back to PC to stop and restart PLAYON again.
Back to TV, choose Playon..then Ice Films..this time I choose TV and get these entries...No Page Found and All Genres...under All Genres is Popular, Rating, Releases, Added...this doesn't look right. And when I choose a TV show, it loads up but shows the initial screen and stops immediately.
Back to PC to stop Playon and Start it back up. This time I see that the 'Options' no longer has my megavideo logon and password, so I enter it and STOP then START Playon again.
Back to TV, choose Playon...Now menus (folders) look right, I choose a TV show to play, and I find I have come full circle...the message I get is 'could not get premium downlod url.....
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

OK...Problem Solved...one of the 'gotchas' connected with megavideo is that you receive NO reminder that your subscription has expired. So for any of you that find this message, I say to you - go out to the megavideo site first and see if you are in good standing. I would urge the 'owner' of this script to put that warning/message out so everyone downloading the script is aware of what happens to you when you are 'expired'.

AT 0400 Icefilms script stopped loading videos. I have both the old API and the latest...same problem. Upon clicking a video, "No Page Found" is listed. Checked Icefilms directly, no problems with site. Assume either script is being worked on or needs attention. HELP!!!! You know this is the bread and butter for many of us that cut the cord. Thank you!!!!
